Terms of Service

These terms cover use of KAILEE.STORE, operated by KAILEE M TRADING LLC (“KAILEE”, “we”, “us”). Contact: support@kailee.store, 10966 RUFFNER AVE, GRANADA HILLS, CA 91344, United States.

1. Using our store

Provide accurate information and use the store for genuine shopping and inquiries. Do not interfere with its operation, misuse another person’s information, or submit unlawful content. Purchases must be made by an adult with the capacity to enter a contract.

2. Product information

Product photographs illustrate the listed design. Screen settings can affect colors. Confirm dimensions, materials, and suitability with us when these are not specified. A catalog availability label is not a guarantee of immediate dispatch; we confirm fulfillment before accepting payment.

3. Prices, checkout, and orders

Prices are in USD. Shipping charges, applicable taxes, and the full total must be disclosed before an order is accepted. Online payments are currently disabled: the checkout is a preview and card marks do not mean that those payment methods are active. Do not send card details by email. A shopping cart or automated receipt is not acceptance of an order. If a product or price error is discovered, we will explain it and seek your agreement or cancel and refund any payment received; we do not retroactively increase an accepted price without agreement.

4. Delivery and delays

Our Shipping & Delivery page describes delivery arrangements. We provide a shipment estimate before accepting an order. If shipment is delayed, we will provide an updated estimate and offer the choice to agree to the delay or cancel for a prompt refund of unshipped goods. We remain responsible for resolving delivery problems in accordance with applicable consumer rights.

5. Returns and defects

See Returns & After-sales for the return process. Statutory rights concerning defective, misdescribed, or undelivered goods remain unaffected. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot be excluded by law.

6. Accounts and privacy

Keep login details private and tell us of suspected misuse. Our Privacy Policy explains the information processed to operate the store, fulfill orders, and respond to requests.

7. Content and use

Store branding and content may be used only to browse, evaluate, and purchase products, except where the rights holder permits further use or the law provides otherwise. This store does not claim an affiliation with another retailer.

8. Responsibility

We take reasonable care in maintaining the store, but temporary interruptions can occur. We do not exclude liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or any liability that applicable law protects. Any other liability is subject to the applicable law and circumstances; these terms do not impose a blanket waiver of consumer remedies.

9. Resolving questions and updates

Contact support@kailee.store so we can work to resolve a concern. Applicable consumer protections and access to competent courts remain available; no mandatory arbitration is imposed by these terms. We may update these terms prospectively by posting a dated version. The terms applicable to an accepted order remain those in force at acceptance unless you agree otherwise.
